Sony attended ISE 2023 to demonstrate how it’s helping to create connected experiences, and to prepare its customers for the future of work.
Sony showcased its latest range of audio-visual products and solutions at ISE 2023, which created connected experiences for its customers. The large portfolio of products on display at the show included Sony’s latest Crystal LED 220” display, and the newly announced SRG-A40 and SRG-A12 4K PTZ cameras, both making their debut.
Sony invited visitors to speak to its industry experts in the corporate, education, retail and residential sectors, and explore the benefits of Sony’s partnerships, which add value and enhance creative freedom, including in Sony Professional’s newest sector retail, which will be displaying its collaboration with CMS and how this offers to take retailer’s digital offering to the next level.
Attendees discover ed Sony’s commitment to sustainability, with its booth being constructed with sustainable materials and a dedicated section that showcased its key stories and initiatives to realise a sustainable society and brighter future.

Ultra-real visuals as big as your imagination
Sony has recently announced four new Crystal LED displays, the bright and rich BH-series, and the immersive CH-series. Designed for corporate and retail environments, each new series is available in P1.2mm and P1.5mm pixel pitch and deliver the exceptional picture quality and accurate colours from Crystal LED, along with improved installation flexibility and power consumption – all at a lower cost.
At ISE visitors could experience the new BH-series 4K 1.2mm 220”. Sony’s Crystal LED Virtual Production System Solution, which was at ISE for the first time, enhances the freedom of expression for creators. This is enabled by the “in-camera VFX” method, which combines the 137” Crystal LED B-series and VENICE cinema camera, alongside a camera tracking system and real-time engine.
AI PTZ Automation for high quality video shooting
The new SRG-A40 and SRG-A12 4K cameras support high quality video shooting but with built-in AI PTZ Auto Framing Technology. It automatically tracks the person with Pan, Tilt and Zoom movement using technology developed from professional camera operator’s experience for a more natural framing and comfortable viewing. The tracking performance is outstanding regardless of posture and movement of the tracked person.
Sony’s Edge Analytics solution can be used with our network cameras in education environments. This video analytics technology integrates AR software and AI technology to enhance a presentation experience intuitively, improve the visual and audio quality, and transform engagement for virtual audiences.
Using partnerships to add creativity and value
Inform. Entertain. Collaborate. Sony’s partnerships bring enhanced compatibility and greater creative freedom to what you can do with our BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays. We’re growing our number of partnerships to make integration simpler, operating costs lower, and connections between people better.
At ISE highlighted many of our 3rd party partnerships, including how Kramer’s BRAINware application can be installed on the BRAVIA creating a complete room control system without additional hardware.
There also was an opportunity to witness how Sony has joined forces with signageOS to produce a connected digital signage and content management system framework, nearly doubling the compatibility of Sony’s displays to support for nearly 60 CMS options.
Preparing business for the future of work
Following the pandemic, helping businesses prepare for the future of work is important to Sony. Our research shows that asynchronous work, where employees are not online at the same time, is becoming the new normal.
However, 58% of employees surveyed by Sony say businesses do not have the tools to support this way of working. Sony wants to change this by using its solutions such as its TEOS workplace management system and BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays to meet employees' new technological needs and to provide businesses with a professional setup which connects employees.
Workplace solutions including TEOS meet and TEOS Lite were on display at the show.

BRAVIA’s simple installation, easy to control software that supports the market leading content management systems make BRAVIA best for business. Their PRO mode supports 24/7 usage, quick setup for professional environments, and enables remote controls & physical buttons to be disabled.
Providing impact to visual communications
The recently launched VPL-PHZ51 & VPL-PHZ61 demonstrated its creative visual projection on the Sony booth, demonstrating its advanced operational capabilities with high brightness and flexible installation to produce bright images with sophisticated features.
The projectors include Sony’s Reality Creation, Intelligent settings and Bright View and boast up to 7,000 lumen and 5,800 lumen brightness.
The new era of home projection
This year marks 50 years of Sony projection, so we’re celebrating with the arrival of two new Native 4K SXRD Home Cinema projectors, the VPL-XW7000 and VPL-XW5000.
They’re the world’s most compact laser projectors and mark the start of a new era of home projection. Both projectors have been awarded 5* and shortlisted for Product of the Year by What Hi-Fi (UK).
