Integrated Systems Events has announced the expansion of its management team in preparation for ISE 2024.

Barker-Harrold joins as Senior Director of Marketing, and Perquin as Senior Director of Finance.

Tom and Jeroen are joining us at an exciting time as we prepare for our special 20th-anniversary edition at ISE 2024, and we're thrilled to add their extraordinary knowledge and experience to our dynamic, international team," says Mike Blackman, Managing Director of Integrated Systems Events.

Jeroen joined ISE as Senior Director of Finance earlier this year and is based in the Netherlands. He brings extensive experience in international finance across the energy, engineering, and information technology sectors, having worked for both large multinationals and startups. Tom, based in the UK, joined in August and, in his role as Senior Director of Marketing, will oversee the company's marketing and content strategy across multiple platforms in anticipation of its flagship event. Tom brings over 15 years of experience in the AV industry and valuable experience as an ISE exhibitor.

The evolution of the show since my early visits to the RAI Amsterdam has been impressive, and I'm eager to continue building on that foundation for the future, alongside our industry partners," says Tom.

I'm very happy to contribute my international finance expertise to both the ISE event and its team, and I'm eagerly anticipating the 20th-anniversary show," comments Jeroen.

To complement the expansion of the management team, ISE has also welcomed Lara Mayer as Director of Business Development and Special Projects. Lara brings extensive experience in strategic management. ISE's Sales team is rounded out with Siqi Deng as Sales Assistant and Antonia Lennon as Sponsorship Manager. Earlier this year, ISE's Marketing team added Gordon Wong as Marketing Executive, while the Operations department expanded with the appointments of Raúl Ruiz and Loan Muñoz as Customer Success Executives.
